Physician or Clinician has an office and 3 exam rooms.
There is a spacious waiting/reception area with a design that facilitates privacy and confidentiality. There is a well designed, secure, pharmacy with sufficient counter space, office workspace, storage, and waiting area. The pharmacy complies with state standards/regulations. There is a well designed, secure, laboratory with sufficient counter space, office workspace, storage, and waiting area. The laboratory complies with OSHA and state standards/regulations. The medical records area is well lighted, spacious and has shelf space that is easily reached by staff. There is room for adding new charts and adequate workspace for staff. There are spacious areas for staff library, peer education, health promotion staff, conference rooms, break areas, showers, locker rooms for staff, and Student Health Advisory Committee offices. If part of the enterprise, X-ray, Dietetics, Physical Therapy and Mental Health have spacious facilities that comply with state standards/regulations. |
